Aluminum covers and couplings for external window sills

Production and sale of aluminum covers and connectors for outdoor aluminum window sill plates in various colors and types and designs. Our products are made of aluminum profiles of the T6060 alloy, which are, after cutting on an NC saw with high precision in several steps, pressed into the appropriate shape in cutting tools on eccentric presses with a tonnage of 4.5 - 25 Tons. Subsequently, the products are chemically prepared for the surface treatment of powder coating or anodizing (anodizing).

Angle couplings and flat couplings are manufactured using precise jigs and their own profile construction so that they aesthetically and functionally suit a wide range of applications for standard (90/135) and atypical angles or sill forces for various markets. The couplings are TIG welded by melting the surfaces without adding wire.

To cover the installation of the frame for balcony assemblies. We make custom-made caps, especially left and separately right, for a nose height of 40 mm or 25 mm.

Double-sided aluminum caps

We produce double-sided aluminum caps with a nose of 40 and 25 mm, before and after the recess. Dimensions are given by the customer. The minimum size is 380 mm, the maximum 880 mm.

Colors, surfaces, dimensions

Paints and surfaces

We are able to supply products in raw, powder-coated or anodized surfaces. In the case of a powder-coated surface, we use high-quality polyester exterior powder paints in facade quality in combination with chemical pre-treatment of aluminum by dipping. For anodized surfaces, we use the catalytic anodizing service by dipping with our external partner.

Dimensional variants of caps and couplings

Standard dimensions are 50, 70, 90, 110, 130, 150, 165, 180, 195, 210, 225, 240, 260, 280, 300, 320, 340, 360, 380, 400, 420, 440, 460, 480 and 500 millimeters.

In principle, we are able to produce any dimensions of the cover at the customer's request from 50 mm to 1000 mm in length.

Packaging and Logistics

Packaging

We provide packaging according to the customer's wishes. The most common packaging includes packaging in stretch foil of 10 pieces (separate left, separate right), packaging in a box of 42 pairs together or packaging of 25 pieces in boxes of separate left and separate right covers. We are able to glue labels or codes specified by the customer on the packaging or print and glue bar codes on each product. It depends on the packaging specifications required by the customer.

Logistics

We provide transport of goods in the case of packages by the GLS forwarding service, in the case of larger volumes on a pallet basis via the RABEN forwarding service, with distribution throughout Europe.

Quality

We give our products a minimum guarantee of 5 years for color fastness and corrosion resistance, which is ensured, among other things, by our chemical pretreatment.

We produce products on high-quality cutting tools, which we regularly maintain so that burrs and visual defects do not occur.

We measure the quality of the paint itself with a digital micrometer, so that the application of powder paint is not less than the prescribed 70 microns.
